Hall Rentals

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our elevator is out of commission and will be, according to the latest information from our maintenance company, non-functioning for an extended period of time.

This means that most of our facilities will not be wheelchair accessible for quite some time. An exact timeline for this work to be completed has yet to be set.

The Montgomery Branch has two halls to rent for occasions such as weddings, receptions, parties, rehearsal dinners, proms, corporate meetings and affairs, fundraisers, showcases, banquets, dances, reunions, Military Depart with Dignity ceremonies. The halls can be rented for a morning, afternoon, evening or for the entire day. All of your catering needs can be provided by award-winning Chef Ric Watson and his team at Elite Catering.

Plenty of downtown street parking space as well.

Book your wedding reception with us and we will give you a FREE hall rental for *your* stag, stag & doe or bachelorette party.

Fund-raisers, for registered charities, $175 donation.

Montgomery Lower Hall
This is our most economical rental. It can hold up to 80 people for meetings or parties. This hall has central heating and air conditioning for your convenience. Traditionally, various clubs, fraternal organizations and small groups have utilized this hall for their weekly, monthly or occasional events. Organizations or individuals can book this space on a regular basis.

Cost: $395.50Cdn, (HST included). Includes hall rental, setup and teardown, (tables & chairs) and one bar steward.

The Members' Lounge has limited availability on weekends from 6:00pm until close.

This lounge can hold up to 100 people. This hall has central heating and air conditioning for your comfort. This hall can be rented on a flexible schedule.
